Rooted in a second-generation single family office, we specialize in blue-chip art

With decades of experience in art, finance, and law, we are a leading force in high-value private sales. Today, we serve 1,000+ UHNWI collectors, including 600+ billionaires across Europe, the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East.

How We Work

100% Direct

Directly mandated by the owner under a robust legal framework—we offer artworks only to qualified collectors, never via intermediaries.

Open Books

Fixed 5% commission. Asking Price is Net to Owner. No hidden markups, no kickbacks, fully auditable under compliance-grade standards.

Fast & Efficient

With agile operations, advanced data and intelligence, and creative deal structures, we connect sellers and buyers at optimal terms.

Inventory &Artists

Available Inventory

Our inventory ranges from $500M to $1B, spanning Impressionists to contemporary icons. We specialize in works above $1M and currently offer pieces by Basquiat, Monet, Picasso, and Warhol, among others.

Our Advantage

As collectors ourselves, we value every transaction—protecting both value and privacy. We offer discreet, data-driven premium services that help high-end collectors navigate the market with confidence.

Our History

Milestones

Our passion for art dates back to 1986, when we founded an art trading business and family collection featuring works by Warhol, Richter, and Picasso. Since 2018, we have expanded our art ventures under Morgen & Stern.

Brand Heritage

In the 1930s, our German ancestors bore the name Morgenstern, which later evolved. Today, we honor that legacy through Morgen & Stern—symbolizing continuity, collaboration, and diversity, the values that continue to guide us.

Shaping Tomorrow

Future Art Economy

We aim to bridge the $60B global art market with the financial world—through legal compliance, curatorial excellence, and technology—unlocking what we believe will become a multi-trillion-dollar cultural asset class.

Impact Through Art

As the blue-chip market grows, it strengthens the wider art ecosystem and society. Art and culture are not only expressions of identity—they drive innovation, cohesion, and sustainable long-term progress.
