History
Morgen & Stern is a family office whose origins lie in trading and collecting high-value fine art. The family collection includes works by famous artists such as Pablo Picasso, Egon Schiele, Gerhard Richter, Andy Warhol and many more.
Parallel we have always been active in a real estate sector in investment, development and brokerage. Since 2015, we have been mainly involved in real estate brokerage and development. In 2018, Morgen & Stern entered into a strategic partnership with CMB Consulting. Through this union, the business field has grown significantly on an institutional level.

Managing Director
15 years of experience in project and business management. Tillmann Woeske trades, develops and manages real estate projects. He is responsible for concepts, visions, investor relations and finding new business opportunities.
Craig Ballantyne
Advisory Board
30 years of experience in real estate development and asset management throughout Europe with a total project volume of more than 300 million euros. For the last 14 years, Craig Ballantyne has focused exclusively on Germany. He is responsible for the identification, acquisition and subsequent asset management of all acquired properties.
Guido Ulm
Finance & Controlling
25 years of experience as a tax consultant in the areas of accounting, auditing, controlling, tax consulting and cross-border tax structuring. Guido Ulm has, among other things, advised several listed companies and private equity firms and accompanied them through tax law as well as commercial processes.
